PASTA SALAD WITH SUPERFOODS
Ingredients
- 1 PACK MISKO FARFALLE
 - 80G DIVANIS FETA CHEESE
 - 20G FRESH MINT 20G ALMONDS
 - SLICED
 - 20G WALNUTS
 - FINELY CHOPPED
 - 30G MIXED BERRIES SALT AND PEPPER
 - 50G MIXED GREENS
 
FOR THE DRESSING:
- 30ML VINEGAR
 - 20G ATTIKI HONEY
 - 50ML MINOS OLIVE OIL
 - 5G SMOKED SWEET PAPRIKA
 
SERVE WITH:
- MIXED GREENS
 - CHERRY TOMATOES

Directions
Boil the MISKO farfalle and drain it. In a bowl, mix vinegar, ATTIKI honey, MINOS olive oil and smoked sweet paprika. Stir well. Chop the DIVANIS feta cheese in cubes. In a bowl, mix the pasta, DIVANIS feta cheese, fresh mint, sliced almonds, walnuts, mixed berries, salt, pepper and finally the dressing. Add mixed greens and mix well. Serve on a plate with mixed greens and cherry tomatoes. Pair with SKINOS mastiha spirit.
